Used Lincoln MKZ AWD for Sale in Baltimore, MD

Initial contact was timely and expressed a lot willingness to accommodate. After expressing initial interest the responses were less and less timely, with more delays to answers to my questions until I learned from another source that the car we were discussing was sold. When I asked for clarification the answers provided were defensive and blaming of the customers. Luckily, we had better encounters with other dealerships who were forthcoming and timely about what they could and couldn’t do.

Communication was good. Couldn’t make a deal because the guarantee/return policy doesn’t apply to the value+ cars. The pictures of the car looked great, but couldn’t take the chance.

Scheduled me to come out to look at a van. Dealership was a hour away from my location, just to get there and them to say the van wasn’t ready to be test driven let alone purchased. Still needed inspection. Waste of my time and gas.

It was short because the car was sold. I had 2 folks follow up via email and text.

They answered my call. When I visited the lot and walked the cars for about 5 to ten minutes..I did not see a sales person nor did anyone try to assist me.
