Hector was great on assisting me get into the car that I wanted and comfortable with the price. Great dealership worked with my credit and I was still able to walk away with a car. I recently bought a car from Northwest Motors and had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and they had plenty of cars on the lot. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used car or truck! Low pressure sales staff but high on knowledge and service.

Call dealer make the appointment to come see the car after dealer conform appointment before hour went to dealer ship about 40 minute drive and they said car is been sold.

Terrible!! I called 30 minutes prior to visiting, and was told 2 cars were available to test drive, but when I got there I was told they were not available. Michael just lied to me...he should be fired for such dishonesty. Terrible dealership! Don't ever go there.

Horrible experience I called to confirm the truck was there then I made an appointment Then I drove 40 min to get there and they tell me the truck isn’t on the lot but they can have it for me the next day if I want to come back . But because they wasted my time I did not and will not go back they are totally unprofessional

The vehicle has old damaged parts and rust that are not noticeable until you walk up on it. They have to jump start most vehicles on the lot. The pricing is not negotiable.

Talk to the dealer told me he doesn't check the car's out he doesn't have a carfax Total sucks would not go there would not trust him

Stopped in to see the vehicle and was told that it was already sold. Received an email the next day saying it was still available. In addition, the sales guy I spoke with originally didn't seem to know the vehicle I was talking about. With the number of cars on their lot, that shouldn't happen.

Bought a used car. They were very courteous & friendly; didn’t know a whole lot about the car because it wasn’t a Buick or GMC. The car was very well priced. Now we see how it goes from here!

Two days after I bought this car engine light came on. Axle(salesman) lied to me about everything. Mechanic I took it to said vehicle unsafe to drive, rusted frame, rear brakes not working, rear axle off center. After 2 phone calls dealer, Axle is unwilling to do anything except cover labor for parts I buy. Totally unscrupulous dealer who sold me an unsafe vehicle and lied to my face repeatedly when I asked about the car's condition.

The listing Was not accurate with the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle hood was rusty, the picture used in the listing was taken three years ago. Salesman assured me it was only the brakes that had issues, only to discover several other problems with vehicle after it was bought.. Not happy with the purchase, I sent a mail to the dealer, which was ignored...Won't recommend them.

I got a call from the dealer after i had sent an inquiry about GL450 from Cargurus. I asked him can you please bring it over to my place for test drive as it's mentioned on the site. First he promised to bring it over in the morning between 9-10 am later he refused.

The seller was very nice. Let me go for a test drive alone and to take it to my mechanic in Orland. I didn’t take it b/c the tire light came on and I didn’t want to drive the vehicle on a possible flat. They have a few nice cars on the lot
