Used Jeep Compass Sport for Sale in Houston, TX

Contacts dealer and asked for pictures of vehicle. Dealer wanted to schedule a test drive. I explained I needed to at least see pictures before I drove 90 miles. Still waiting for the pictures.

Quick response and was willing to find me something comparable..that one was sold

They were kinda dismissive because of the amount of money I had to work with, I mainly contacted them about the price of a vehicle they listed, I told them I wouldn’t of contacted them if they would of listed the price in their ad. When I submitted my search and what price range, this search brought up vehicle in my range and anything else that had no price listed. And that was the reason I contacted them.

They got back to me right away ! Hopefully I can go test drive this vehicle’

Sales rep was not knowledgeable & wouldn’t answer my questions unless I agreed to come in. They got rude when I said other dealers had been more forthright with info. Also the price of the car I was looking at is now listed almost $2k higher on this site! Would not trust this dealer.

Too the point sale experience. Drove 7 hours to check out a vehicle on their lot for our daughter. Got there and it was everything described. Interior was in immaculate condition and smelled clean. Drove back home 7 hours with no problems! Very satisfied with the vehicle.

Put an inquiry on this vehicle on cargurus and right after I got a call from fredy kia from a salesperson to give me information. They gave the me availability of the vehicle the car history and the different ways of financing! When I went in I was helped by Mr.Andrew and he was such a great help! He showed me this vehicle and also showed me the different options I had. For my first time buying a car they made it very easy and smooth! I was able to drive off with a Kia Forte!

Went down to the dealership and worked with Andrew, he was very helpful! I was finally able to get the car I always wanted. They have excellent costumer service they honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely will go back in the future to purchase another vehicle.

The car I contacted Gillman Honda about was sold on my way to test drive it, but, they did help me find another vehicle I loved and bought

It was good

5 separate emails from different people at the dealership and not one answered my original question of could they get the vehicle in which I was interested to another Gillman dealer close to me. They said they could give me detailed results of inspections they had done but didn't respond when I asked them to do that. No response to my question of was this vehicle traded for a new purchase by the former owner.

They seem good, fair and transparent. We are still negotiating as my trade in price is still for debate.

Everybody at this dealership was great especially the car salesman "axel"

My salesman Mario who was assigned to me was very helpful with giving me precise directions to the dealership and having the vehicle I was interested in readily available. I would definitely refer others to him and this dealership. Car is in amazing condition, I will be signing paperwork SOON!

I came in after speaking with Crystal and my visit went really well! She was very polite and professional, and made this easy for me. I also received a $25 gift card I would recommend that anyone looking for a new car to come see her. The other staff was very friendly as well!

The salespeople in the store were young adults with little guidance on how to complete a transaction. My son And I went in for this vehicle priced at 13,888 and after everything was complete the price was hacked up to 16,000. Not truthful dealership, needs new management

Although, the dealer did not have the specific vehicle I was interested in, my sales representative went above and beyond to try and help me locate a vehicle that would have fit my requirements.

I was in contact with 3 different people from this dealership and completely Shocked and disappointed that 2 of the 3 didn't contact me back like they said they would and they low balled me on my trade in. I was Super interested in purchasing a truck however I wasnt going to drive 3 hours just for them to not give my what my trade in is worth. I've done my research on the trade in and ended up selling to another lot without even buying a vehicle from them for $3I MORE
