Used Jeep Compass Sport for Sale in Chicago, IL

Dealer was quick to follow up. I was told all business had to be done face to face. Due to distance and Covid I could not make this happen and asked them to reconsider. They transferred me to the "sales manager" and I left a message. I never heard back. Even if the answer was no, a call back would have been appropriate.

Really bad experience. I would ever consider them again. One of those places that advertise a good deal only to tell you it sold that morning. Then the stupid sales person didn’t even offer to see if there was a similar vehicle I might be interested in.

Dealer tries to bait and switch, they never even had the car to sell. When you call they tell you to come in for a test ride, knowing they don’t have the car. Shady!!

I was contacted the next day and told the car was in transit and was about 2 weeks out for delivery. I would be contacted when it came in.

Went to look at it and management are using it to drive around to different dealerships. Oh well not interested now.

beware bait and switch price is how this dealer operates. I inquired about a new jeep witch was priced on car gurus for 8000$ under sticker i called to buy and they would not tell me what the final price would be (very strange) i have bought many cars and trucks on line please stay away from this dealership there are many others honest dealers out there.

Left messages with salesforce without follow-up to my inquiries. Not interested in pursuing what could have been an easy sale, but instead told me what they could not do (eg ship the vehicle, take videos of the vehicle as I am 4 hours away, provide a point person to talk to). An overall poor experience by folks who wanted an easy sale without any work. Very disappointing.

Very dishonest dealership. Said they had the car I wanted to see and then when I arrived an hour later for my appointment it was sold.

It was a smooth experience I saw what I wanted I didn't really want to pay all those taxes I purchased the car with cash Off the market

Salesperson (Lacresha) was very helpful. Made some good suggestions... so though I went in to test drive the Mercedes GLA (which was not a good fit for me) I was given options; I also test drove 2 additional vehicles. Still looking however.

The manager was loud and aggressive regarding the extra 1,599 warranty they place on every car they sale. The sales person was nice and upfront.

Al Piemonte Ford was responsive to my inquires. Mort was my salesman and was very helpful and courteous. Vehicle was as described on line and there were no extra fees or hassles through the purchase process.

Way too many over aggressive sales people swarming you the second you park! Lied online saying no accident reported when there was actually 2 accidents reported! Would never recommend that dealership.

Arranged a test drive and burdened my mechanic with a look over and then the car was sold to another buyer without telling me. No one gave me a chance to make an offer. In addition, my mechanic identified a significant problem that the dealership was not willing to address and I'm quite sure the buyer of this vehicle will be surprised with a $1600 repair. Very shady practices.

Great dealership to work with. Staff is friendly and no high pressure sales.

Even though I thought it was to far away they were very nice and really tried to help in a lot of ways. Very nice people.

I was very disappointed in this man because he told me"all" the things he fixed but failed to tell me about the things he didn't fix and could have such as the lights or he should have told me i needed to fix things sad business practices

Very expedient in getting back to me with details. Bought the truck as is and had an issue 2 days later that the owner of the dealership, Randy, went above and beyond to make it right. After all around good service and follow up, I'd certainly consider buying from them again. I'm a small business owner, handling the details professionally goes a long way in my book.

So far we had a good experience, Bobby is a Great guy, All I need now is for My car to be Dependable.

This is absolutely CRAZY that the price dropped because when i spoke to dealership 2 weeks ago they said the jeep had been sold. Not sure what to think but i would take my money else where People Shady!!

They got in touch with me which was great but I decided not to go with them.

They responded to me but they did not let me know if they still had that truck that I was looking for or anything they just gave me other truck prices that were 15 grand more than I was looking at
