Used Ford Taurus Police Inteceptor AWD for Sale in Washington, DC

I had a wonderful experience with Battlefield Ford. They were honest and up front and didn’t play the games that car dealers have become known for. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours and walked out with a great deal on a new F-150. I would buy all my cars from them if I could.

We were told the vehicle was being detailed for our visit. When we arrived, the vehicle was dirty inside and out. A car seat in the back and the car stunk. Nothing had been cleaned. The place was less than professional. We drove almost 100 miles to see this car and were greatly disappointed. What a waste of time!!!! Not sure how or when they took the picture of the car because it looked NOTHING like the picture.

I was waiting for my trade in price then if we were happy with that was calling to put a deposit down. They even said they could deliver the car to PA. Emailed them 2x then found out they sold to someone else.

Called in the morning and spoke with a salesperson to schedule a test drive of the vehicle and was advised to come in to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told the vehicle was sold the day before. Waste of my time and very poor customer service. I would look somewhere else If looking to make a purchase.

Got a canned response to my inquiry, but they have responded in the past--this is a car I inquired about 3-4 weeks ago. I see that it is only being sold to out-of-state individuals--probably did not pass MD inspection.

Never would send me pictures of the vehicle. Asked me for my address, then my mobile number. Whrn I refused to give my mobile number, then they refused yo send me pics of the vehicle. I believe this is a scam.

Outstanding customer service. I asked about this vehicle, Steve sales rep took personalized video, uploaded it and sent it to me without being asked for. Later I asked about a full price quote including fees and they sent it over same day. At the end didn't agree due to price but the customer service I have experienced from this dealership is superior compared to any other dealership that I have encountered so far.

Bad experience for me, They add 2 extra fees, one of $899 on top of that another of $1.399 + (tag prossesing, and state fee that is normal) the sales manager is very unpleasant person that try to get your trade-in car for few thousand less that other dealers, so be aware!

Drove 4 hours and this truck was horrible nothing like the picture. Went to VA looked at a truck that they purchased in Quebec Canada. Was a real disappointment. There was rust on frame and step the bed inner fender was dented. This truck looked nothing like the pictures or descriptions. I bought a truck the next day on way home in Baltimore. Don’t know what else I can tell you

Lazy sales agent behind the desk. When I called him he was active and told me the car have no accident I can come in. When I get there he told me he couldn’t sale the car now b/c there is something to be done with dmv first and it has minor accident. I drove 40 minutes to get there, and he was not inviting and tired.

Excellent customer service & top notch dealer; 5 stars! Hope to buy this VW Bettle in the next few weeks!
