Eddie was a good guy and a professional. We would of bought the truck except there was a last minute problem with the engine check light. So we bought a truck elsewhere. He called me back when it was fixed but we had already bought the other truck.

The truck was clean and was just as advertised. The guys at the dealership were all very professional & gave us all the time we needed to go through the vehicle making sure everything worked & let us take it for test drive. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. The vehicle pictured WAS not the vehicle they we’re actually selling! I drove over 100 miles to buy it, and it had extensive rear end damage. And the salesman’s response when I asked about it was “WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM A USED CAR!” Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!

They advertise on Cargurus for $13188 but when I showed up out the door was $18000. They added $3192 in accessories.

They took over a week to get back in touch with me. They refused to run a credit report for me, said I need to send in my proof of income first.other dealerships I’ve been to said it wasn’t necessary they just wanted to give me a hard time.

I had a 2 hr drive from loss Angeles. I got thir they did not have the trunk they said they could not find it . I did not want a newer truck. I got mad and left.

Quick response time

Talked to the salesman twice. He said he'd send an out the door (OTD) price but never did. Spoke to him again promised didn't send. Sent him 1 and 2 emails no response. Worst response rate ever from David Munoz. Humiliating to call himself a car salesman.

They replied overnight and I was looking to replace my current 08 Tahoe. My buyer unfortunately backed out.

After talking to an obvious rookie, which I have absolutely no problem with at all, I was passed onto someone else with a bad attitude. He said he’d look into my inquiry and call me back. Crickets... It was like nobody there gives a crap if they sell vehicles or don’t. Bizarre.

Salesman was not helpful at all. Didn't seem to care if we bought or not. We were told there were $2,500 in additional features we had to pay for if we wanted them or not, and then it was upped to $3,000. The "manager" couldn't even be bothered to look up from his phone.

Speedy reply back. Courteous, it felt like they wanted to help me.

This place is horrible. The price they advertise on the internet is not the actual price of the vehicle. I called them to set up to go look at the vehicle. He told me it was an extra 3400$ In addition to the internet price. Because it had rims and tires. I said why don’t you list it fir the price you want and he said then it won’t look as good to people and they won’t walk into the business. I want to leave no stars but it won’t let me.

Good experience to far to travel for me

Stopped by and test drove the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport advertised at $26,859. It's lifted and felt very heavy, and rough over small bumps plus questionable braking so not really interested in purchasing. Sales manager offered the Jeep at $33,879.05, less trade-in of $2,500 for a total sale price of $31,379.05. That was $7,020.05 above advertised price of $26,859. Guess they neglected to include the price of the lift kit in their ad.

Denise the internet sales manager was great. She was very thorough and followed up every chance she got.

Absolute best test drive of my life. I wish I hadn’t waited to see another car, because I ended up missing out on the one I test drive at Audi Ontario, but amazing experience!

Bad customer service. We walked in had an appointment with Angel and he did not acknowledge us. He walked straight past us and didn’t offer any help. When we got to the dealer we noticed the car that I was Going for was already being sold. I drove 1 hour to get to the dealer and I called before to see if the car was still available. They could’ve told me some was was already there dealing the car. Wasted my time.

Great vehicle

The dealer was nice and showed us the van, but unfortunately, it was not the high roof we were looking for. So we asked him to keep an eye out for a high room van.

Told Markus that I dont have the best of credit and I dont want to waste a drive from San Diego. He told me we work with all credits. I get there only for the finance manager to tell me they dont work with Credit limits below 550. Complete waste of my time. Also this dealership does not allow you to take the car to a mechanic to run a diagnostic test on the vehicle and they only allow you to do a BS road test around the corner. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.

Refused to discuss price, vehicle had a prior accident not documented but you can obviously tell by bumper. Seller stated that they sell to dealerships and price increased at least 3,000.00, s better to purchase at wholesale. No, not acceptable.
