SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! go at your own risk! The prices are not as advertised, they are omitting the actual price minus a forced down your throat warranty? Was told to drive two and a half hours to check out a vehicle, which they couldn't even answer my questions truthfully over the phone! HORRID!

Very, Very unorganized and unprofessional!!! Price listed, is not really the price.. Finance manager was very rude and act like he couldn’t explain things to me after he got my deposit to hold the car...

They were fast to respond but the price listed is not the price you pay The certified warranty price is added after you get there and a requirement of purchase So I was told .After purchasing the vehicle it became instantly harder for dealer to respond to my questions or get anyone on the phone. Buyer Beware!

Dealer did necessary protocols - copy of driver's license, test drive etc. Vehicle did not come with owner's manual. Although dealer explained the last owner must have removed it, it was not willing to procure a replacement without a charge. Car came with only one remote key, with no remote start.

I was told the car was in storage when I went there this past Saturday and when I got there they told me it wasn’t available anymore and tried to sell me a car that was $12,000 more and the finance manager got upset when I didn’t want to purchase the car I didn’t even go there for.

Deceptive advertised price. They list a price that is including a down payment. This is misleading as they make you believe you are looking at the actual price.

Of all the places that I have looked for this car, these people were the most accommodating, receptive and overly conscientious about providing good service. This is the place to go we’re looking for a used Mercedes or BMW. Sarah, Sales woman extraordinaire, was by far the most helpful of anyone I’ve dealt with across the United States!

While they have contacted me numerous times, I constantly request information on the vehicle accident to no avail. Therefore, I am loosing interest in this vehicle.

I read the reviews about how sketchy this dealer was, but figured i would give them a try. I drove 2 hours to be told the car was in repair due to a bent rim that apparently happened overnight. DON’T waste your time. Don’t go to this dealer.

Typical dealer nonsense, refuses to give actual pricing before you come in so they can surprise you with an extra few thousand in fees at the last minute. Always get final costs including taxes and fees before you leave your house and don't let them pretend that there's some magic calculation that can only happen in person, all they need is your zip code.

The specific car that I was looking for was sold. But Darren found me something similar but better than what I was originally looking for. The staff was so pleasant and quick to help. I’d recommend.

Waste of time. If you call make sure they have the car on the lot. I read some of the reviews and ignored them and went to the dealership anyway. I wasted money and a whole hour to get to the dealership after calling during the day to ensure the car was available just to get there and have them say it is "not" and to come back the next day. Heed the warnings on the reviews, guys.

Seen a car I liked priced at 12k, I specifically tell them live over an hour away, I get there the car is a different price with about 7k in EXTRA taxes smfh

Dealer responded to me immediately about my request. They were nice and able to provide me some limited information on the vehicle. The only reason I'm taking a star off was because the interior of the vehicle was not cleaned, there were still whole potato chips just laying on the bottom of the center console. I wasn't able to get the price I was looking for, but I would still recommend them.

Received an email and a follow up call regarding my interest in a vehicle. I tried making it up to see the vehicle but weather was a factor. Salesman was not pushy which I greatly appreciated.

0 had an appointment to come look at the car THANK GOD I didn’t drive from buffalo to come see a car that magically got sold as soon as I told my sales person that I owed on my car... but then I told him I got approved on a loan THEN the car was available again, I work for one of the best luxury car dealers in Buffalo I know how the dealership world is and goes as soon as you say your alittle upside down they don’t want to talk to you anymore cheers

They are actually showing this vehicle to people knowing it needs work. The engine is idling badly and there is visible rust all over. Please fix your vehicles before trying to overcharge people.
