It's a gret gas saver relatively comfortable to drive
A great car to save on gas, so I can dump the savings on to my discovery ii, thoe it is small it still is fun to drive just don't sneeze for tipping it over or blowing it into the other lane is a possibility. -
City Traveler
Great Every day Car. Did take 2 of us to Niagara Falls in it. Nice Road trip saved a lot of money on GAS. Well worth having as a primary or second card. Rear seats fold flat for larger bulkier items. -
Aside from AC would highly recommend
I've had this car about a year now and for the most part love it. It's very cute and I get tones of complements on the styling. The interior is very cool with detailing on the seats and dash. It is very peppy on the road and reaches speed very fast with a satisfying roar. Controls for the radio are located on the wheel which is very convenient. There is also a button for answering calls. Is great for city driving due to its small size, is less great on the highway, starts protesting loudly at about 70 mph on the highway though I have sped to 90mph without experiencing any issues. The backseat is surprisingly roomy and with the seats down you can fit a tonne of things in the back. You can get roadside assistance built into your car if you wish. My biggest problem with this car is the air conditioner. I'd had it only a few months with less than 10,000 miles on it before a rock punctured it. I asked for a photo of my broken compressor and it was loaded with gravel. I do not do any offroad or unusual driving in my car. The air compressor is located about 3-4 in behind the front grill which has an open portion you could stick a golf ball through. Since the repair was an impact, the Chevy dealer didn't want to cover it. I made a stink because i thought it was a design flaw and they did cover most of it, but the original cost was supposed to be around $900 (an expensive repair for someone who bought it specifically for its low purchase price). I suspect this repair will continue to recur until Chevy decides to do something about it. The spark is a great car and once Chevy irons out the compressor issue I would highly recommend it, until that point in time I would discourage people from buying it.
