Just started a few days ago. I have to keep turning it over and it will eventually start. Starter engages the first few times but car just dies. It will start after doing this a few times.
Electrical
I turn the key nothing happens no power to anything and the battery is charged
Heater
The heater has stopped blowing air from the vents so no heat or defrost! The fuse isn't blown anybody know what else to look for?

I bought a 1994 Ford Tempo GL 2.3L that sat 10yrs. I have replaced breaks/fluid, oil/filter. Should I put new power steering fluid in and is it wise to drain tranny and replace fluid?
