Chevy Truck Overheating -- 2004 Silverado 1/2T RWD -- 6.0 Engine

I've replaced the water pump, thermostat, fan clutch. The engine-cooling system is closed except bypass to plastic tank (apparently designed to withstand pressure since it has a pressure cap on it)....
