How Should I Title The Car After I Buyout The Lease?

This vehicle is presently under a lease. I plan on buying out the lease tomorrow morning. How should I then have the car titled?? To me or to Car Guru?

How Do I Get The Car?

Are there extra charges for getting the vehicle to my location? For example the car I like is in Sacramento, CA and I live in Topeka, KS.
