Awful.. i was sent mass emails and when I emailed back, no response from the staff. I do not recommend.

The guy was really polite but unfortunately the car was sold..

Friendly early communications and went out of their way to take a video of vehicle driving over/straddling a cell phone viewing its underside & frame for any rust.

Replied the next day. Informed me the truck was sold. Asked for more inform too so they can continue to look for a vehicle that fits my needs.

I received a timely response from Heritage along with calls and follow up emails. The salesman, Craig, was very personable and helpful.

After visiting nearly a dozen dealers I bought a car from Heritige. No issues whatsoever. No unexplained fees or surprises.

Great customer service. They had the vehicle ready to test drive upon arrival and was able to negotiate a reasonable price for my trade in. Quick responses and great with following up.

Worst experience of my life. High pressure salesman. Quoted rates, price, warranty...upon signing, noticed nothing was as promised. Had to get up and start walking out before they honored their own promises. Happy with the car...had to fight for it though. If it was a new vehicle, i would have gone to another dealer.

This dealer was unable to state a price over this method of contact, email. It wanted me to drive in to the dealer to be told a price. So very old fashioned.

We purchased the vehicle interested in. We had asked if the car came with 2 keys, they said yes. They gave us the second key as we were leaving. Tried the key when we got home (2+ hours away) and it did not work. Changed the battery, still no luck. Read directions on how to program key fobs. Tried to program...still did not work. Now the 1st key doesn't work. It's in security mode. No response from dealership after complaining about it. Would not buy from them again!

They reached out to me when I expressed interest. They took very long to respond. So long that the truck sold before I even got into conversations about the truck. I even went ahead and got preapproved for a loan while they took their time to respond. If they had someone that was in the process of buying when I reached out, I would like to have had that communicated. I feel like I missed out because of communication speed.

The dealership is advertising a vehicle they cannot sell due to a factory recall. The listing should be removed until it is actually available.

The air conditioning in the truck does not work. We could buy the truck as is at that price or we could pay to have it fixed. Not knowing what the problem was I wasn't willing to pay the money to figure it out. It was a monumental waste of time and a 130 mile round trip.

Sold the car from under me without ever responding to my inquiries. Then tried to pawn off a completely different make. They suck. Dealer said it was mistakenly listed and was only wholesale. Why didn’t they pull the listing before it was listed as sold? Bait and switch.

They were great call backs a lot of info on the truvk I was looking for but in the end it was I who dropped the ball cause I didn't have a ride there

Tried to buy a car from them all morning, called, emailed and texted. Filled out paperwork, tried to send them a deposit to save the vehicle. Never heard back and then it turns out they sold the vehicle to someone else who came later. Worst experience ever.
