He returned my initial call in a quick response time. He's communicated with me more information than expected, I was pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure from for me to come down to test drive the vehicle.

They kept changing the price of the car. When I went to go see the car, it wasn’t on the lot. Two days later I called to see if I could come see the car and was told it sold the night before. Very disappointed in this experience.

I don't believe this was a real listing. I asked for more photos or a video and they kept making excuses and then said it sold.

Very timely, engaged and informative response from their salesperson. Professional follow-up despite our going a different direction.

Awful!! They did everything in their power to not sell me a car. I even came in the second time around determined to get the vehicle I wanted and I was basically made to feel like a burden. Call backs took forever, IF I ever got a call back. Trying to work out numbers was basically a take it or leave it approach, even with a used vehicle. Don’t go here. Go to a deferent dealer.

Dealer leaves this car up as a bait and switch. I've called on this car for several months and always same response, " oh, we just sold that one yesterday brother". This is used as bait, they don't have this car.

Contact this dealership felt like the 1st gentleman was not willing to work out a deal of at least 500.00 dollars off,I replied to a email from the general mgr.and someone follow asap work out what I felt was a good deal only to find when I call the gentleman he inform me a 2021 X3 got hit by a deer what is the odds buy no one seem to care about suggesting another vehicle the last gentleman told me he would check but never follow up

People were polite when we got to the dealership, called and found that the Q7 was available, set an appointment drove to dealership to find put the Q7 was already sold. Drove 1hr and 15mins, so we were not to thrilled.

Stellar car buying experience. Most of the purchase was completed via computer and telephone. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready, clean w/ a full tank of gas. Documents were explained and signed; I was out of the door two hours. Dan is a caring salesman and Alexis in finance also cares about the consumer. BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Said would call me back in the morning and they never did after I told them I was ready to buy. Didn’t even remember which car I was interested in. Blamed it on month end busy time. I guess they don’t need any more sales this month.

They are keeping me up on the price reduction of this car.
