Was lied to about the vehicles availability. Contacted the dealership about the vehicles and double checked that it was in fact still available before I drove to the lot. Come to find out the vehicle had sold a couple of days before. They are trying to get customers to their lot and nothing more.

I went to the dealership to see the car, but was told it was sold yesterday. I saw it still advertised as available a week later and contacted the dealer again and was told it was "a nice choice". It seems like a scam, but you can decide for yourself. I won't be buying a vehicle from this dealership...ever.

McDonald Hyundai was great. Salesman Jim Sheehan and Finance Manager John O’Hanlon were friendly and professional every step of the way. Their used-car inspection process is very thorough, and if they find anything wrong they fix it on the spot. The 2019 SUV we bought from them looks and drives like it just came off the showroom floor. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Our car buying experience was great working with Cord and Rocky. Definitely suggest using Zeck and we’ll be going back in the future.

I received a timely response for my inquiry.

I asked for pictures of this car because I was 100 miles away. I was sent 4 pictures with the car covered with water droplets. This was obviously hiding the massive amount of hail damage on the car. Had I known the car had hail damage I wouldn’t have driven out there to look at it. It wasn’t even drivable because the sunroof was covered in tape that ran over the passenger side of the car rendering those doors useless. The pictures conveniently didn’t show the passenger side of the car.

Yes, the staff seemed responsive and eager to help. The sales manager was clearly more forthcoming than the salesperson. It was a cash deal for a three year old Outback, and the salesman's enthusiasm or lack of it reflected that. But people were polite and helpful, the car was largely as represented and MacDonald's appears well managed. I would return with some confidence for another purchase.
