They were prompt and polite in contacting me. Because Hemet is a long trip out there, I have not yet planned to drive out to inspect the vehicle offered for sale.

I notified a salesperson that I would be on the lot. I sent a text, said I was there. He never attempted to find me. For some reason he didn’t see my text for 30 min. I saw a few other salespeople who offered no help. I moved on due to the substandard customer service.

The worst car buying experience ever, the price tag on the car we looked was 31k ,we loved it ,started the purchase Paperwork, the final price ended up to be 47k !! And guess what the tax calculation was based on the MSRP price ! Don’t waste your time .

DIshonest! Price on their website was actually 8,000.00 more in person. Website failed to show the particular car had the “options” already installed. So once we inquired there was no such car that existed. Dealership failed to own up to it, claiming I didn’t read the small print....no such thing on my end! Why would anyone want to deal with this dealership anyways...don’t bother, save your money and go elsewhere, we did.

I bought an even better car! Good deal and good value. Great customer service and pleasant experience.

The staff was amazing and friendly. My sales person was so professional. The young lady who got me proficient in my vehicle was very knowledgeable about the jeep and they made sure that I was totally satisfied with my purchase. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Bait and switch dealer. Prices advertised are not what they actually charge. Online they say that the challenger is $18884, then the salesman states that the real price is over 22k plus tax.

They try to get you with $4000 in "dealer fees". I was also told to come in and drove over an hour.. only for them to tell me a car that is posted online is not ready for sale. Would never go back to this dealer. Waste of Time!

Zero follow up communication, no one answers the phone. I asked multiple times for at least a picture of the truck I was interested in. I was told by Mitch the sales manager that someone would be in touch, no one was. I was emailed by Chrissy after the initial CarGurus inquiry. Never heard back. I don’t feel like they care and I shouldn’t have to beg someone to take my $50k. I’ll look elsewhere.

Horrible experience. We drove from LA to Hemet to purchase 3 cars. The manager did not honor the price we found through CarGurus. Was charging above MSRP and wanted us to live in Canada... Are you serious! I don't know what kind of employees they have, but both the sales and manager we're horrible. The sales guys kept speaking using bad words while we were there.

Everything worked out great! I finally got the car that I wanted and deserved!

It was a great experience and I was provided with great help!

Waste of time, do not believe the advertised price. After all the discounts the price is $12,000 higher from $32,191 to close to $45,000

Salesman gave me all the information over the phone he was very knowledgeable and informative.

Don’t believe the advertised price, the dealer could not explain a magical price increase of 4K over the advertised price. Typical old school car sales tactics. They were responsive, but on sales script. Didn’t really answer my question.

Drove in front out of town just to be told the car sold over night, no courtesy call or any form of notification even after setting up an appointment. All I got from them was stupid sales tactics and "its just human error what more can we say"

So disappointed w/HemetCDJR. Saw a great deal advertised on a car, talked to at least 3 employees by phone/email, before driving almost 100 miles to find that there’s a non-optional $5000 charge no one had mentioned, tacked on to the advertised price. Felt dishonest; no sale.

Helpful & knowledgeable staff

Dealer is unable to give out the door pricing on a used vehicle over the phone. How difficult is it to add sales tax and registration on to the advertised vehicle sale price? Dealership communication with customers needs to be improved. I have called and emailed the dealership several times, response “is this your correct information?“ “Yes I sent it to you more then once”. Over all my personal experience dealing with this dealership was a TOTAL wast of my time.

Bad. I was in the middle of negotiations and they suddenly never got back to me ? Never gave a reason. Was a serious buyer. Of well

They advertise a car with a certain price and when you call them they throw about $6000+ on top. Licensing and registration and taxes, no problem that’s normal but they hit you with over $3000 in aftermarket installed extras. They do however advertise the cars with those extras at the lower price so it’s a bait and switch don’t even bother their prices are not legit

Lot of email from different people trying really hard to get your phone number & totally ignoring your questions. Finally they say, no price will be discussed unless you go in. Yes ill drive an hour to get there for a dealer thats constantly reviewed for bait & switch.

Great Deals

Car advertised at $3,304. After tax and license it’s was boosted up to $8,900. What the hell! Kept asking the sells man why it was so high. He insisted tax and license was an extra $5,600. Non sense. Salem’s was pleasant but the sells technic was very questionable. I drove almost an hour out of my way for this deal and left empty handed.

Dealership is advertising a lower price than what is actually offered. They add 4K in preinstalled dealership options to all their advertised pricing. So if it looks to good to be true, it is. No customer should be surprised in this manner as it feels deceiving. All businesses should be transparent with the price advertised. To anyone shopping for a car there, CALL AND ASK ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU HEAD OVER. Have a good day!

Best car buying experience that I’ve had. The whole team did a wonderful job to get me the car I wanted.

Wasn’t all too happy to make a long drive just so the sales manager to tell me to voluntarily repo my Frontier instead of trade it in so I can buy a used car. Very hard to get consistent communication from this dealer. Doesn’t even itemize fees. Just tells you the payment and expects you to say yes

I did not purchased this truck. I scheduled an appt to test drive this truck but when I checked the price again the day of the appt, the price was changed. more expensive. not good business
