Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a deal due to a $2,888 additional fee for some sort of protection plan that was not mentioned in the ad. I gave 3 out of 5 stars due to the salesman repeated trying to get me to drive the 200 miles to make the deal even though I explained more than once that I couldn’t take a day off of work and drive that far without a guarantee in writing. Also, the fact that I didn’t hear a word about the nearly $3k additional fee until the end of the deal, finding it in the itemized price list seemed a bit dishonest to me, especially being as this protection package was already added to the vehicle and couldn’t be taken off.. seems like that kind of price foresight should have been represented in the advertised price. All in all, I’d loved to have made a deal there and would consider it in the future, but I’d do so very cautiously."
