Izzy told me dealer add ons (doc fees etc) were $2500. Deterred me totally. Also bonmin advertised on cargurus $499 for shipping to me. He shot that down as well. Said that was not true. What a farce.

I finally spoke to someone at this dealership after they ignored the requests I made through CarGurus.com for several days. Despite indicating on CarGurus that they would ship a car out of state, they told me that they don't do that and they'll only sell to someone who comes to the dealership. They seemed confused, disorganized and unsure of their own way of doing business. It was almost like they didn't care whether or not they sold a car.

Got automatic replies back when trying to engage but nothing else. Been trying for 2 days straight to check on a listed vehicle and getting nowhere. I’m out of state so wondering if they are just ignoring. Although I’m ready to buy and will fly down to make a purchase and drive vehicle back home. Real disappointed it seems some dealerships are just so big they feel they don’t have to concern themselves with potential customers.

I had a terrible experience with this dealer and I do not recommend this dealer. I applied for finance and they said I have a good credit store and gave me an email to discuss the numbers. I emailed them several times and called them as well they never return my calls and emails

Contacted dealer about car I was ready to purchase until they added dealer fees that came to over $1000.00 and paperwork fees that came to a thousand and when they got through adding inflated fees a car that was under $6000.00 came to almost $10,000 so I didn’t purchase it.

Dealer is a dealer. Advertising price is not what uou pay for after they try to scam the customer with a $995.00 dealers fee plus $1290.00 on maintenace that was never done to the car. It was raining non stop and I coudnt check it all. Passanger window not working and guess who has to fix or pay to fix it? Yes, me.

Terrible experience. We kept having to wait for the salesman to go find keys, only to find the car battery was dead. At one point he took so long we went looking for him. We found him sitting in the lobby with another customer... While we waited for him out in the heat. Oh, and they add over $1,000 for the "all point inspection". Smelled like a total scam.

Salespeople did not contact me until I reminded. Price on site was inflated by $1300 with “extras” beyond taxes, fees and licensing. Could not not itemize, verify nor document “extras”. I did not buy the car even though I had arranged shipping and payment. Too much dishonesty

Awful! Never heard back from the Pre-Owned Sales manager Ernesto after I left him numerous voicemails. Not stated in the ad are $3k in fees if you are not there to sign in person. When I asked the receptionist about delivery, she said it's the buyers responsibility. I mentioned the price cargurus has the delivery fee for on the ad for the car and she said that was wrong. It was going to be almost double that.

Dealer called 2 days later and was able to explain the process and fees.

This seller is just a joke I tried to contact them since 3 weeks, I receive an automated answer, then nothing ... I sent many email, no answer They advertise for delivery, but they don't do it ... Not really happy !

They sent me email including only the advertisement that is seen on the CarGurus web site and never responded to my request of an out the door price. It felt like their listing was just an advertisement to get you to contact them and go into their store. Really a wast of time with this dealership. I gave my business to another dealer who gave an out the door price without any fees and that responded to this request...

I was put off because I live in Wisconsin and was already traveling to Nashville so I wasn’t able to get there for a few days. I offered to put money down to hold it until I could fly there and get everything in order. They refused to do that. They also were supposed to get back to me to confirm they had the unit. So I’m sitting here with 15k to put down and no truck to buy that I know of. I really would love a call from the sales manager.

I was interested in a 2008 Hummer alph a. For several days I tried to get information regarding the vehicle and had to talk to several different people. Finally when I tracked down the initial person I was dealing with she told me the vehicle had been sold that day. Poor communication, poor follow up, very disappointed.

I told two separate people that i wanted to purchase the vehicle and nothing happened i was not contacted again. I called twice after that to talk to the general manager and he did not call me back either. Disappointed !

After initial contact on Saturday they called us immediately, we provided everything they needed to start the buying process and it suddenly became quiet, we waited thinking they are preparing the transaction only to learn thru CarGurus that the car got sold. Called, emailed, texted the dealer and no response at all. Very disappointed, will never deal with Bomnin Cadillac, stay away from them!!

The minute a young lady picked up the phone she acted like I was an inconvenience. Regardless of the fact that I had cash and wanted to buy the car right out, she wanted nothing to do with me. This was the most disappointing interaction I've had with any car dealership. Literally told me "Were really busy right now, I cant help you" Any questions we had she said "I dont know, that's on Car Gurus."

The truck wouldn't start, and nobody including their GM knew, or could figure out why it wouldn't start. An absolute joke!
