They bother you every single day asking for more and more information after you leave the dealership and have the car already. When they should’ve done that at the dealership. It’s been a few good weeks and they bother me everyday

Originally was told they don’t finance with outside banks. They looked into it, saw no one would finance me and ended up financing through my bank anyways. I figured they’d sell the car to someone who financed through them, but sure enough they didn’t. Got some weird stares but all in all pretty friendly.

This car has been sold for a week and is still on the dealers website. That is rather naughty.

I contacted the dealer who claimed the vehicle was available. I was highly interested in acquiring it however he didn’t get back to me that same day with the application he was supposed to send. I had to reach out the next day and he then mentioned someone had put a deposit on the vehicle so I was out of luck. I was mostly disappointed that they would initially say it’s available and it really wasn’t.

Great deal. Very busy on weekend. I suggest arrive on weekday. Sales was honest about vehicle and had it ready to test drive upon arrival.. Highly Recommend dealership.

Complete waste of time. Spoke to the salesman twice before coming, only to find out the car was not available when I got there.

Dealer responded to email asking me to schedule a test drive, but never answered my initial question.

From when we contacted the dealership to driving away everyone we dealt with was professional. The car was as advertised, Carfax was provided as was a copy of window sticker. We feel comfortable about recommending BMW of Nashville.

I asked if the price was their bottom dollar. Their response was basically "let us set up a time for you to look at the vehicle." I see it's nice, and I like it. But I also know how much money I have to spend. So it would have been more helpful if they had simply responded with a number. Even something letting me know they don't "talk money" online would have been more helpful. Thanks.

Great car, great people.... not so great with the time management. Despite several phone calls and a clear plan to test drive and purchase the car was not ready when I arrived and the entire transaction took hours longer than it should have. That said, this is a solid dealership and I would recommend. Just make sure you have a whole day to give them when you're ready to purchase.
