Great experience walked in test drive the car loved it! Negotiations went up and down but overall we agreed to a great deal, a win a win as a custodian would definitely recommend and work with them again!

I didn’t find this place convenient to test drive or deal with. I called ahead as my time is limited and they were not prepared and wasted a good chunk of my time asking questions I already provided info on. Also the sales guy did not listen or get a feel for my needs, just kept talking about a car that wasn’t a good fit for me. Definitely a place you will have to spend hours at to get a deal done

GM unprofessional lies to and change number in a computer to collect more money from me. I was retired owner of multiple dealerships and never see when car became $54.000 to $58.000 in a split a minute. I offer fares deals but...... when I see this nonsense dissuading a disapire.

Did not answer my questions before asking me when I wanted to test drive. When I finally got my questions answered, the truck did not fit my needs

Finance was ready early in the morning for a quick turnaround It was a 7 hour drive to and from Vegas Very friendly. One downside is they did not fill the gas tank at delivery

Great car buying experience

Quick replies, Pleasant and helpful on the phone. Quote looked good. I didn't buy simply because I decided not to get a different car for now.

The entire buying process was never pushy. Their pricing is very competitive. Went back the next week and bought a used vehicle. This was another positive experience.

The salesman was very prompt, courteous, and patient with me.

We had agreed on a price through email and text but when I went to this dealer they raised the price over $5,000.00. When the Manager sent me a generic email I told him of my experience but he never responded. The negative car salesperson’s reputation was validated.

Immediate response. Showed me a video and got to work with a friendly dealer, arrived at a quick deal in the same day. Have the usual dealer add ons after the price which I dont like but they negotiated it down some. Takes 3 hours for the paperwork once the deal is made which seems unnecessary which they need to improve.

I received all the requested information in a timely manner.

This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I was not pressured into making a decision the first day I came in for the test drive and the salesman was so helpful and polite. I don't have great credit but the finance department worked to get me the best financing option. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Price Leblanc Toyota because they make you feel like more than just a potential profit!

Not impressed with the service they have at this dealership. Seemed like they were not willing to sell the vehicle. Made an offer and they said that was the price and was not interested, 1 week later they lower the price to my offer.

I have had the crappiset services from this place multiple times. I’ve waited on a car for four hours for them to tell me they couldn’t even sell it due to electric problems!!!

Chumming the internet with non-existent vehicles to hook you for a negotiation. I didn't know that sort of deception still exists. I sent a request for info on a vehicle that they advertised, and the response was 'why don't you come in tomorrow and let's talk about trim levels and colors. What? I live 1000 miles from their store. All I need is a price on an advertised car, but there was no car, just bait. So funny...so awful...so what...

They were very helpful even though we couldn't agree on a price. I would go to them again if another car becomes available

The Dealer made contact, was friendly and fine but I ended up with a different car.

The rep was horrible!!!! I asked for pictures of the car and it took days to get those. I asked to test drive the car all to find out that they sold it!!!! I would never purchase a vehicle from them!

Very pleasant, helpful staff, not pushy or overpowering, a first class organization.
