Responded quickly, I was willing to pay cash but they would not hold the vehicle for me until I could make it in. I even offered a down payment to hold it.

Didnt buy a car from them , but nice people

I DO Not recommend this dealership. They do not communicate with each other. My salesman told me as I was driving 1.5 hours away the truck was there and he had the keys, it would be held since they knew I was coming. At 30 minutes away he told me the same thing. As I see the truck moving in the lot, he called me. There was a misunderstanding and it was sold the day before! Not only did I drive that far but, it’s very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I visited saw and test drove the vehicle. I liked it, but they were pressuring me to buy immediately. I needed to leave the lot for personal reasons, but they delayed my departure for mercenary reasons.

The car sold before I went to look at it. When the dealership notified me of the sale they sent me a voucher to use toward another vehicle (nice touch).

Very friendly group, no haggling however I paid more for the Truck than the MSRP. Not too thrilled about it. Sorry

The purchase of the vehicle was simple and quick. They cut right to the chase and are 100% honest with customers. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car go to Koons in Westminster!

Salesmen circle like sharks and then backstab each other. The second time we went, we told a guy the name of someone who had helped us a few days before and he ignored us and started showing us cars. I wouldn’t trust them to be honest.

Confusing.. several reps called me separately without knowledge of the others. Only 1 got back to me but was unable to provide a competitive quote

Experience with Lipton was POOR! I contacted them requesting pics of the vehicle as their ad did not include any. I rcvd st least 4 emails asking to set up a test drive, each time I again requested pics. NEVER RECVD pics. I wonder if Carey the " sales specialist" was a computer. I'll spend my $20,000 elsewhere!

Not helpful. I requested to have a quote of the total purchase price emailed to me with shipping to my area. What I received was uncompleted. It only listed the VIN number and nothing else except for costs. $400.00 for nitrogen, Battery $1.50, Tire $5.00. It also listed the car as a Premium but upon further research I found out it was not a Premium model.
