I had a pleasant experience with Lindsay Chevrolet and would highly recommend them for anyone shopping for a vehicle. The salesman, Stone Robinson was a nice and easy person to work with, he went back to his manager 4 times for me to make the deal happen. The service was nice and friendly from the moment you walked into the door until the time you drove your new vehicle off the lot. I will certainly be visiting Lindsay for my next vehicle purchase.

Difficult initially to get a price quote over the phone but eventually I got what I was looking for.

Not interested in selling vehicle. More concerned about not giving buyers order due to fear of taking offer and going somewhere else even when I said I'd take the vehicle living 3hrs away.

just the old bait switch, Dora Flores calls me and tell me that they dont talk numbers over the phone, that I need to go there for test drive the vehicle company policy. when I call back and asked information about the car that I was looking at the sales man tells me that the car was sold. after talking with this dealership I took a look at the reviews and now I see that I am not the only one. just a bad way of doing business Mr Lindsay Chevrolet

My contact person was very timely it's just that that work picked up for me all of a sudden and I couldn't get to the dealership the vehicle that I chose had sold and I still am looking forward to working with them when to get a break in my schedule

requested additional photos for 2-3 times, never received them. by the time they contacted me the truck had already sold. very unprofessional.

No owners manual for the vehicle lost spear key, service after the sale really sucks. I have never experienced something like this from a car dealership, still waiting on my owner's manual, the second key, and call back from the salesman and manager. Nothing yet!!!! Be very careful if you are buying from this dealer.

Lindsay advertises a good price. When you go there and want to pay cash, they say that is not the cash price. They insist on you taking a loan so they can make more money. Also, they do the little exercise of the salesman who then gets the "manager" When that person cannot get you to decision, they call the next manager. In all we had three managers come and do their circus of writing numbers on papers. They just need to be honest!

It was a wonderful experience, they were very easy to deal with, Daniel was very personal, and new what he was talking about. I would highly recommend this dealership, great people at this dealership.

Very responsive and good follow up

This business had terrible communication. I never got to work with the same person. Dealt with 3 different people via phone over 2 days. The last guy I spoke with extremely pushy and was not considerate. Even though they had what I was looking for at a good price, I took my business elsewhere.

Bait and switch during a pandemic. They advertise a low price, make you spend 2 hours at the dealership, only to say that you don't qualify for the advertised price. I wanted to pay cash for the car, but somehow didn't qualify for the advertised price. Totally imoral and irresponsible.

I had a few questions on a particular vehicle. I emailed the dealership and received boilerplate messages in return. The dealership never answered my specific questions. It was a simple request. I ended up buying a car at a different dealership because of this cat and mouse game. You may want to answer the customer's question going forward. Thanks.

Worst experience ever told they would hold truck if purchased plane tickets. Purchased plane ticket500.00. Emailed them verification b there in 3 days. Sold the truck the day before flying out. Very disappointed!!

Iwas told that someone will get back to me in 3 hours with some additional information, but I have not got any response back from them yet. Dealer does not have vehicle with all I want for option, so I understand if they can't get back to me right away.
