I inquired about a lexus from car gurus. A sales manager responded. I couldn't test drive it because it hadn't been inspected yet. We talked daily and finally I could test drive this used vehicle only to get a call from him to say he sold it less than 2 hours before my appointment! This is the worst customer service I've ever seen

They really called , but unfortunately the GPS gave me the wrong address of this dealership at 9071 Pico Blvd( Mechanic Shop )and after that i got lost and was not able to go back there.

Called dealership to check availability on a IS250 the person I spoke to told me the car was there but when I got there car was gone... They like to post low prices to get you to come to dealership, when you get there car is gone which they never had to begin with but the show another just like the car in the post you seen for a higher price... Please be aware of this dealership

Super helpful and pleasant in the beginning. But they’ll walk you to the last step and sell the car right under your nose with no warning or notification. Don’t waste your time people, they’re just money hungry and heartless. Couldn’t deliver on what was requested so they sold it to a poor soul because their vehicle couldn’t get Lexus certified. Wonder why...

Very nice and helpful

Went to the dealer to look at a specific car. When I got there, the car was not there, but I was not informed of that until going to their off-site location where their used cars are stored. Apparently, it takes "a day" or so for the system to update, so they don't know if the car is available or not. Sounds like a used car tactic from 30 years ago. I didn't catch on to this tactic until the next dealership did the exact same thing.

Worse experience ever. I tried to buy a car for over a week, no returned calls, told not to waste my time. I think they were holding the car I wanted for someone else.

Yikes!!! Bought the car from them but they did everything in their arsenal of car selling tricks to obfuscate the actual final price. Hideously slow at finalizing paperwork but at least the car was nice. Never got a super clear look at the car because it shown to me in a dimly lit parking garage!! People were nice but not the level of expertise I expected from a Lexus dealership. Probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

The dealership reached out to see if they could assist me with my purchase, but the car I was interested in had been sold. They will notify me if the year, model and color arrived.

The time I spent at the dealer could have been shortened, a lot of back and forth and they don’t try to give you room to negotiate! Need to be more efficient and down the time where it needs to be spent on me explaining more details about the vehicle!

Didn’t buy but was very professional

I was actually Dead Set against purchasing a car from a dealership. I am not an easy sell. I knew exactly what I wanted to pay and what I didn't want to pay. What I expected was not actually what I got and that was a very good thing. I feel like I got an awesome deal on a fabulous car that I love. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of at all. Everybody was open and honest and friendly and overall I had an amazing experience.
