Guaranteed vehicle availability and price and that salesperson would be there to work with me when I visit. She also said she ran everything past the GM and we were good to go. After driving hours to get there, of course the "salesperson" I spoke to the day before on the phone with was "busy" and couldn't work with me. The salesman knew the price and then he wanted they got all my financial info, At this point I thought we were cool with the price so I gave my info. I'm truthfully worried about my credit rating because another reviewer said something about 10 hits on there credit rating.
