As this dealer was a very far drive for me, someone reached out and actually sent me better pictures of the car... and the damage that you could not see from the pictures. He was super sweet about it and actually went out to the lot to take the pictures. Although not going to the dealer, I would rate them a 5.

Well , I went to text drive the car , they told me it wasn’t ready , they said it will b steady tomorrow. I waited three days I called the manger said that he sold it , then the some one else called me from the dealer said that the car don’t pass inspection I was like wow . It’s the worst dealer that I been too

Terrible experience. I called the dealership the afternoon before I went. I drove an hour to get there the next day and when I got there they informed me they had sold the vehicle 3 days ago. Of course they tried to sell me a more expensive one. AVOID

Would not discuss anything over the phone. Not even a cash price out the door. Very poor customer service.

Lag time between first and second response cost them a chance at my business. Then I heard from multiple people at once, but it was too late. Now the emails don't stop.

Salesman was incredibly unprofessional. They also like to add fees. The listed price is 2k less than the asking price after they add fees. The salesman I spoke to preferred to negotiate like they did in the 80s. Completely wasted my time. Out of all the dealership I've contacted about a vehicle this year they were the only ones who pulled this. I will never deal with them again.

Poor overall experience. People did reach out, but response was slow and not well coordinated with other key individuals within the dealership. This was the hardest I have ever had to work to try and purchase a car. In the end, no purchase was made. Finally, when requesting the best price available, they gave me a price that was roughly $400 more than what was advertised on there website.

Store manager wanted to argue that all the f250 trucks were diesel which they weren't. Also the truck I went to look at was listed as a long bed which it wasn't.

Curtis Graves is one of the best salesmen I have ever spoken with; although we didn’t buy from here he had a lasting impression on me that I want forget. Curtis wasn’t overly aggressive with his calls which was nice. Curtis sent videos of everything we requested great salesman..

Salesman was friendly and helpful. I did feel somewhat pressured, but that’s normal with car dealerships, I believe. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle we were interested in wasn’t what we were looking for, so we ended up purchasing a newer truck elsewhere.

Website prices don't actually match the dealer prices at all. The reviews every one leaves are honest. Sucks.. Hate leaving bad reviews but if you're just trying to get in a car and don't mind getting screwed on the deal, by all means try it out. Will not discuss price of the car, only monthly payments. There's a reason all the prices on are so low, to lure you in.

Ask for Aulston. We found a car we loved online and Aulston from Liberty Kia/Nisson, reached out to me. We discussed a price and details over the phone. We then drove 4 hrs and met with him. The car and prices were exactly as we had discussed. He knew we had a long ride back home and he worked as fast as he could to get us out the door and on our way home. He had a great personality and seemed very genuine. I would recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a vehicle.
