I have had good response from several dealers in my search for an Outback wagon, frankly I cannot remember the exact conversation with Lee VW, but usually my requests are for email only and carfaxes until I find a car I want to pursue. Lee was prompt and efficient in this regard.

The dealership was really friendly and helpful.

Contacted (e-mailed) the dealer the evening of 7/7/17 and asked if they still had the Atlas SEL, The internet sales person said it was in stock, I told them I would be over to see it on 7/8/17, she said great. We drove the 79+ miles on the 8th, I asked to see the internet associate and the sales associate said she was off. The sales associate said he could show me the SEL, and took me to a base model, when I asked him about the SEL he said he was new and went and got another associate, come to find out the SEL was long gone! They miss led me into be-leaving they had the Suv all the while it had already been sold. I e-mailed the internet associate and on Monday she replied, NO apology just said the sale associate should have checked the other Gunther inventories in FL. I have no use for these types of large dealerships that have NO customer service.

Nobody even knew if the car was on the lot. Five different stories from four different people. Frustrating to say the least.
