I did not like way I was treated at the dealership the salesman was not honest with me about vehicle he didn’t really tell me anything about vehicle the vehicle was damage and it wasn’t clean in the inside they couldn’t tell me When was last time oil change they made me feel like the did not care out all my years of buying a car I never felt like that

Didn’t receive call back when requested. Also, the vehicle listed online that I called about was not really for sale. They blamed it on a system issue that listed vehicles publicly that were only for sale to wholesalers. Both of those together hung us up for a few hours.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Never any pressure. Worked diligently and fairly to make the trade work for both of us. First class dealership.

Randy helped us get our new car. He was great! Very helpful with getting us the info we needed and even went as far as to facetime with us so we could see the car without having to make the 3.5 hour drive up to Tyler.

The dealership was quick and responsive to my inquiry. When I went to test drive and look at the car in person the dealership was polite and courteous. Unlike some salesmen, the salespeople at Mt Pleasant paid equal attention to the wife and I and would speak directly to my wife instead of her asking and them looking and talking to me. That helped seal the deal and also they were of course knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Salesperson was promt and answered all my questions. He was very helpful.

I’m not certain I would do business with this dealer again. The price listed is not the price they sold it for. They add a bunch of fees and I question their overall integrity.

Up front and honest about costs. The selling price was not where I wanted to be and they could not get there, but they were upfront and saved us both a lot of time.
