I knew more about the car than the guy selling it. Despite his attempts to get me in to the store for a week straight, the vehicle needed a lot of work and I wasn’t followed up with after they were supposedly fixing the vehicle I was looking at. Ask to speak to the financing manager immediately instead of talking to a sales rep.

Wasted my time. Went to the dealership 5 minutes Omar, sales rep. Arrived to dealership and then told car wasn’t available.

Overall very good experience at Toyota of North Miami. Smooth process in a timely manner.

Test drove the car. That the dealer claimed had no damage and a 150 point inspection. It had a huge dent in the rear and shook after the second gear. When brought up to the sales man he seemed to know nothing about the car....not a good sign
