I got to the dealership 10 minuets to 2 and checked in. After checking in I waited 45 minutes before a salesman by the name of Carlos was ready for me. After greeting me he asked for a moment to get the vehicle ready to be shown. After waiting another 30 minuets he returned to inform me that the vehicle is not at the dealership for me to see. I chose to attempt to proceed and get an offer for my trade in. I explained that the trade in value is the make or break for this deal. Blue book value put the lowest vehicle value at $3500. When I set up my appointment I had mentioned this to Ryan, he reassured me the the dealership is currently giving 120% of blackbook value. When I stated that this was less than the amount I was looking for Luis the fianance manager brushed me off and said “That’s the best offer you are going to get.” I then still attempted to proceed stating “Can you help me on the price of the vehicle? Luis then stated “ I don’t feel that there’s any need to lower the price.” The entire experience was needless to say a horrible waste of time. The interactions at the this dealership was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. They did nothing to help the customer and couldn’t care less about the sale. One star is the lowest rating that I could give if there was less I would give Plaza Toyota the lowest rating possible. "
