Although, I did not purchase from them yet, Samantha has been great. We are still working on finding the right SUV. I would have no hesitancy in buying from them if we can find the right one.

The salesman and I came to an agreement on price. When he contacted me again, he said he couldn't give it to me for the price we had discussed and quoted me TWO THOUSAND dollars more. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Phone contact was made by the dealer and helped to answer the questions I had. The caller was informative, friendly, and helpful. We'll wait a while to watch the inventory changes and decide about a purchase somewhat later.

Dealers pricing for vehicle kept increasing the more we talked started $2988 after all the dealers fees and bs ended at over $4000. Body damage and third row seating missing on car plus accident reported. To top all of this off no financing available they are not willing to work with you at all they want someone to walk in there cash in hand.

they priced a 27 year old truck with engine problems worth $2,000 at $16,000. They had no clue what they had, and had next to zero knowledge about the actual vehicle, engine, drivetrain etc. They're supposed to be experts, to me it sounds like they're just trying to make a quick buck off an unsuspecting buyer.

A reasonably fast response, but they tended to focus more on the traditional sales approach. Specifically, "what is your target payment?" or "what other options are you looking at?"

He was unwilling to negotiate the price. I found it offensive that he didn't just say it was a firm price. He just send info I didn't ask for.
