They don’t let you leave - high pressure sales. It took almost 2 hours to get same deal I received in 15 minutes at other dealership. They promised to fix ding in car - they did but not to my satisfaction (pant still chipped). When I called the sales to see if they could do something about it “he said what do you want me to do about it” - very nasty.

This dealer charge me $20,000 for the car that you offered and I find out after I review all the paperwork that I signed I called the dealer but they told me that I’m stuck with the deal be very careful out there

Secondly when I did get them on the phone they Disclaim the advrtised price of the vehicle by stating that price requires a 2000 down payment And the ridiculous 700 dollar dealer fee that shady dealers try to charge. Nowhere in the listing does it identify this charge.bait and switch ads poor service and bad manners Why bother?

Great. No hassle. Offered me the vehicle and price carguru set. When I wanted some more features, they offered a different vehicle with all the discounts the first vehicle had and I purchased it in a very reasonable price. Thanks to carguru for making my new car purchase very pleasant. I purchased 2021 Toyota tav4 hybrid. The salesguy Reagan at dealer is great. I will go again in future.

Contacted me right away regarding the car of interest.

Very poor experience. Their staff lacks professionalism and good customer service skills. One person says one thing, another one something else. If it wasn’t because we drove 70 miles to get this “great deal”, l would have walked out. Still got the vehicle and we’re happy with it, but definitely not with the buying experience. They said they detailed the vehicle, but it wasn’t completely clean. We definitely won’t be going there again, nor recommending anyone there.

Excellent response time, answered all questions throughly and made it a very easy process to get some basic questioned answered. A breath of fresh air in the auto industry.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible, if I could give this dealership zero stars I would from the top to the bottom they lie and deceitful. Hidden charges and fee's. Sales man and sales manager kept adding and changing doc fees and general manager was no help to this issue

Fast response with accurate description. Did the whole process including test drive and purchase from my home. Two days from the time I found the listing to the moment I owned the car. Their representative , Travis, was great. This was the easiest, most efficient car purchase I've ever had. Kudos to all!

All vehicles were in the same range as other dealers. Inquired about a lease that was coming back with higher miles hoping to get a better deal. Never heard back from dealer.

Since when the listing price included a $1995.00 down payment? Mine as well list the car at $20000 with a $10000 down payment. On top of that another $795 doc fee. Worst of them

The lied about the price was told it's $6975 with $2k down I did not read the add right they held my keys against my wish and tried to sell me this car for 14k stay away from this dealership not worth a visit

First told me car was sold. Then it wasbat another dealer...then never called me back. Got a hold of someone else eventually and was told there were hidden costs that the car was actually about $2000 more bait and switch... tactic...unethical.
