New Toyota C-HR for Sale in San Diego, CA

The vehicle advertised online was listed for one price, but I was quoted a different price with a $10,000.00 ADM tacked on when I was contacted. This is the main reason why no deal was negotiated.

Representative was friendly, knowledgeable and set time to go over everything. The financing was super easy with the Car Gurus pre approval process. It was a great experience

Not good. Dealer would not help further with a better price for a cash customer and was charging over MSRP for their 4Runners. It is shocking in these times when people save so much money for a car purchase that has taken them years and during a pandemic that car Dealers are charging full MSRP pricing. No reductions of accessories even though the car dealer is making money off of them too.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle. Did not use hard sale tactics, but did follow up.

Car listed at $51k when I got alerted by it, then after reaching out changed to $58k. Got a bunch of auto responders from them without anyone actually reaching out directly. Of course after the car was gone, they would help me "find another great vehicle". Typical dealer nonsense. Fire your internet director and actually answer customers' questions and stop your autoresponder BS.

I had a great experience getting my car at Toyota Mossey. Tom salesman person was friendly told him exactly what I needed and I got the deal I proposed, the process was easy and fast. I highly recommend getting your vehicle at Mossey Toyota.

Was contacted by salesperson a number of times, set up an appt to meet at 8:30 am, even got a message earlier that morning to confirm setting aside time for me. Upon arrival he was not there, fellow salesperson didn't know where the was, walked the lot looking for said car, couldn't find. Additional search found that 'It had been sold at 10:00 pm the night before'!
