The rep barely understood what I was talking about. He kept asking me to to come to the dealership to negotiate the price. Be cautious on their pricing. As soon as you go to the dealership they will raise the price by 3 to 4 thousand and say it was mentioned on CarGurus that those ate promotions you have to qualify for

Nice experience, however, the vehicle came with only 1 key. The replacement key cost of over 400 dollars was never discussed. Unfortunately, I learned later.

Dealer gave me a number for the car I purchased. I asked him to give me more for my trade-in which he agreed to do. Then he added in a fee in the closing papers that wasn’t disclosed to me. I didn’t catch the additional fee until I got home. I called and emailed when I found out but the dealership did not respond. Stay away from this dealership

We had an interest in the Avalon, but they did not offer any type of warranty, dealers offer warranties if the car had under 100,000 miles. There was a possibility of purchasing a 30 day warranty ????? sounds like an ( as/is ) deal. The car had 101,942 mileage

was ok.....the inside color was not listed and he tried to send me a picture, but it did not go through....wanted more info in that area

Dealer responded with the same information viewed on website. Vehicle was priced near to MSRP. Salesperson kept asking to visit and test drive. Discounts were not available and any options added considerable cost to vehicle.

We have had some good interactions

Sales were good I told him the price on Car Gurus and that was the price I got. They worked with the financing I got myself from my Credit union. Only issue I had was they called and made my appointment and when I got there the car I was coming to see was at some other location and they had to go get it.

Dealer responded promptly.

They took many days to answer my questions. By the time they answered them, I had already bought a car in a different dealer!
