When I called to make an appointment I was told that person was not working that day. So I had to schedule the next day. Then after confirming my appointment that morning I received a call and was told the truck sold the day before. Last time I wait a day for someone not available the day before.

We were treated very well by Samantha at Doxon. I would absolutely see her again for another vehicle should the need arise. We have a special needs son and she was just as concerned about his happiness as she was ours and that’s something that you just don’t find much anymore. Thanks Sam.

Decided to select another vehicle, but their communication and attitude are great! I would definitely use them in the future if I'm in the market for a Toyota!

Dealer did everything to make the buying experience easy. They didn't have the exact model I wanted (very popular and Covid supply chain issues) but worked with me to find something I really liked instead. Another dealer just tried to push a color I didn't want on me. There's a reason Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is the #1 dealer in the NW.

Very good experience. We purchased a vehicle and they made everything as simple as possible. The car was in great condition, very clean, and they disclosed a few small areas of cosmetic damage before we even noticed it. I appreciate the honesty from a dealer. Would most definitely purchase a vehicle here again.

Sales Manager Marc tried to sell me a 2014 car listed at $21,000.00 for $28,000.00 This is ridiculous! I can buy a new car for that amount. Not a good look Burien Toyota and Sales Manager Marc. Have some integrity

Went to buy the vehicle with a locked in price. Arrived to some third rate - Sorry - it is three thousand more than the asking price. Cowboys - avoid with great distance.

My conversations with Gerardo and Alejandro were always professional and personable. They were thoughtful and timely in the responses.

We could not agree on a price, but I have to say they were more than fair bargaining and very respectful of my situation. They were up front and none of, "I have to go talk to the manager" crap you get at most places.There was full respect and kindness from both sides. Which is hard or impossible to say about most of my car dealership experiences.

They responded in a timely fashion. Though I did not purchase a vehicle from them, they were diligent in making contact with me.
