Bad dealership. They are more interested of selling at a very high mark up price but not interested to explain the features of the vehicle to a customer. They send me a price quote but when I arrived there, they jacked up the price. Did not even bother to put the temporary plates when I drove the vehicle. There are other dealership in the area that delivers quality customer service. Greed and dishonesty destroys any business platform. Walk away!

Kevin was very lovely. As I stepped to the front of the building everyone was very friendly. I had already set my eye on a car so as soon as I got there I was able to test drive. After that it was all paperwork. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend coming to this dealership.

Sales staff was not very responsive at all. I’m an out of state buyer that wanted to pay full asking price on the car but they wouldn’t take a deposit on it. They told me if I wanted to buy the car I would have to drive 8 hours or fly out and hope the car was still available when I got there. Horrible dealership, rude management.

No interest in making best deal on line. Endless "form" emails and finally an insulting one, alleging I was possibly typing late at night and not serious because I didn't come in without partial negotiating and ability to know they were serious about my business. They are using you as a lead service. JERRY'S should know a sharp, educated customer wanting to make the best deal tomorrow without the BS your enemy.

Over all I can say the experience was pretty good it seems as if they're ready to make deals, they accepted a price from me that I thought was fair, I was recommended to them by family and I'll probably recommend someone else to them

Was shopping for a small Toyota used cars for another person. Had narrowed down to three cars at three different dealers. Price as listed did not include a $900 +/- fee, which took the car out of our comparative price range,. May be looking for a newer car at Toyota/Bowie soon, but will confirm out-the-door price first.

They had a Tundra listed for a great price so I requested info and called them The truck was listed for $33k and guy calls me and tells me all these fake mandatory fees required by MD and VA and how the trucks actual price after a "rim upgrade" "lift upgrade", processing, and some other made up fees they would have a price of $38k but would bring it down to $36k and I can pay my own taxes and fees at the DMV..... total joke and waste of time.
