The car was listed as having a w12 engine . I was very interested in buying the car but after contacting the dealer I was informed it does not have the w12 engine it has a v8. The listing says in several place including the title it was a w12. I feel they knew this and were trying to deceive. I have wasted my time dealing with them and am very upset

If you're looking for help or basic customer service from a dealership or to be treated with the bare minimum of respect, look elsewhere. Tried multiple times with three different people, including the sales manager. Appalling lack of courtesy, assistance, or responsiveness.

I initially asked if I could have the car delivered to me for a test drive since it was advertised in the ad that they could do this because of coronavirus. The salesman said he didn't think that would be possible and I was told the car was being prepared for MD inspection. Said he would get back to me. I never heard back from him but saw the car was eventually sold.
