Had been in contact with dealer for days and were told the car would be pulled out front and cleaned up when we got there. Once we were there, the car was filthy, the sales person I had been talking to had none of my information that I had already given multiple times. We had to wait about 15 minutes for them to go put gas in the car. Got in and there was only 5 miles left until empty. Not sure what they were doing. The car smelled awful. This was a 2 year old car with leather and you would expect it would still smell new with only 10000 miles on it. The car was everything we expected, less the smell, but we just couldn't bring ouselve's to stay at this dealership any longer. It was the most uncomfortable car shopping experience we have ever had. "
