Called about car, they have me an out the door $5000 above their advertise price. When I verified their military pricing, they took the car off CarGurus and discontinued all communication. The car is still sitting in their lot.

Worst car buying experience. Kept 700 for a repair on the vehicle even though I didn’t end up buying it. Over stated the condition and put money as a deposit. When test drove found more issues so I backed out.

This place is a rip off. Negotiated a price of $13,500 then when I tell them to send me the itemized out the door price they add a mandatory $3500 warranty. Not upfront with their prices truly dishonest way to do business.

Quoted one amount for shipping then doubled the amount, quoted one amount for a notary then raised amount. Car looked good but did not trust after monetary changes of these services

Well going in the sales person no names mentioned knew the credit situation asked for a co signer and added that my application stated all was looking good but the vehicle purchasing was a 2007 and banks will not accept a car that year stated my credit yes was issue but not the decision it was based on the year of the car so my question is when did the information change on the year of car and the credit rating not very communicative on the process

The first sales person made it a bumpy start but overall it was a positive buying experience. Purchased the vehicle at the advertised amount with a pre-approval from my local credit union. I'd recommend the dealer if/when any of my friends/family are in the market.
