New 2017 MINI Cooper Clubman For Sale Near Baltimore, MD

The salesman was prompt and curtious. If I were just rating him it would've been a 5, but my overall experience wasn't great. When we got there after an hour and a half drive. We were test drove the car and went in to make a deal. We asked if the price was firm and about doing dent repair for two dents on the passenger side. The salesman said that he would ask his manager. When the manager came over and approached us, he never greeted us with a handshake or how are you. He proceeded to tell us that the car had only been on the lot 10 days and he knew it would sale so they weren't going to budge on anything. Now in Maryland paintless dent repair is 100.00 a dent, so he basically let walk out over 200.00. I will never visit that store again. That is way to much money to spend and be treated like that.
