Advertised a car as having no accidents. Meanwhile the cars’s steering wheel and airbag is from a Mazda......installed on a KIA. Something is up with that car. Did not buy this car. Looking elsewhere.

During a weekend packed with dealer visits and test drives my experience here was far and way the easiest and most enjoyable of the dealerships I saw. Myriam was fantastic.

They quoted me a price that was $2500 more than the listing on CarGurus

Emailed about two vehicles, both times the response was extremely delayed and when they did respond it felt as tho I was putting them out by inquiring. Was actually told they were understaffed and too busy to provide me with requested information at one point. Dont recommend.

Great dealer to work with. Contact with quick and they gave me all the information right away. I ended up buying from them because of their great customer service. It’s unfortunate I live so far away to keep doing business with them.

They didreach out quickly, but the car sold. Now they keep bugging me.

Total switch and bait dealership. First appointment to see GTI after confirming vehicle was available. Was told it was sold when I arrived. The second time waited 30 mins and vehicle couldn't be located. Then they called 1 hour later and vehicle was found. Dont waste your time as I did, just go somewhere else.

They're good very friendly nice dealership just did not have a What I wanted.

Dealer describes this as fair Price of Car: $3942 DOC Fee: $699 Prep Fee: $287.75 Tax: $312.98 (assuming CT Tax) Reg Fee: $275 Acts like he can’t do anything about the $699 fee when it’s their fee it goes to them. A car that’s priced $3942 costs $5616 out the door? Crooked

Though I didn't buy their car they were trying to help and work with me
