Total switch and bait dealership. First appointment to see GTI after confirming vehicle was available. Was told it was sold when I arrived. The second time waited 30 mins and vehicle couldn't be located. Then they called 1 hour later and vehicle was found. Dont waste your time as I did, just go somewhere else.

Very good purchase experience

Drove 25 miles for my appointment one late afternoon. Worked with a friendly sales person and did my test drive. I was ready to buy the car when another sales person told us he had already sold the car the night before! Don't they have communication with each other? I can't get back the 2.5 hrs of my busy life.

I was very please with the professionalism. I had stated on Car Gurus that I would like to be contacted by email only and the salesman did just that. I never felt pressured at all and no "back room antics". The salesman was very informative on all features of the vehicle. I would certainly buy a car from Garvey Auto Sales again and I will recommend them.

Advertised a car as having no accidents. Meanwhile the cars’s steering wheel and airbag is from a Mazda......installed on a KIA. Something is up with that car. Did not buy this car. Looking elsewhere.

Followed up with me twice.

The car is beautiful. The ad showed perfectly good tires. However when I test drove it the tires were old, worn and one was almost threadbare. The original photos had been taken outside the seller's showroom. And yet they could not answer my question about why the tires were changed. . So the car certainly is not the "Great Deal" that the ad says it is. There is something fishy about the whole thing.....and I drove 80 miles to see it. A waste of a trip.

Associate told me the price and said being a new vehicle had no incentive or wouldn't even budge.. I understand with this COVID situation things are very scary but, I thought he would have tried a little harder to sell a vehicle....

Great dealer to work with. Contact with quick and they gave me all the information right away. I ended up buying from them because of their great customer service. It’s unfortunate I live so far away to keep doing business with them.

They didreach out quickly, but the car sold. Now they keep bugging me.
