Worst experience... kid who helped me looked like he was right out of high school... they had no idea what they where doing .... my car was valued higher on Blue book they estimated it less .... and they make u wait I’m waiting area while they work the numbers ...

We drove almost 2 hrs for a good deal on a suburu. We did not realize until the next day that they charged an extra $2,000 for clerical fees. That made our purchase on a 10 year old car almost a brand new price tag. Very disappointed. The car was advertised for $13,000 and we paid $15,000. BEWARE EXTRA FEES !!

Came in to view a vehicle which I did and test drove it was nice and clean however customer service is lacking big time I was supposed to receive a follow up which I did not so I went to another Nissan dealer and came home with a new vehicle good thing I didn’t wait because the guy still hasn’t called back..

Was all set to drive away in my new car when the salesman (who was brining it around after washing and gassing up) discovered a mechanical issue. Rather than hope I didn't learn of it for a while, they refused to let me drive away in that car, found another that met all my requirements at a different dealership and had that one delivered for me the next business day.

I was contacted immediately. And I receive updates when more vehicles have been added to their inventory.

When I went to see the finance guy there was a mysterious $2900 dealer certification fee to make up for the great price they had it listed for. I drove two hours for a great deal only to end up paying exactly the going rate for this vehicle.

Dealer called. Was supposed to call back if they had the car on their lot. Yet, never returned my calls.

Poor. Vehicle was unavailable to view. Did not see it. Sales Manager said that the vehicle required a $1,999 down payment in addition to the internet price listed. This whole thing was a scam to get Customer to visit their used car lot.

Discussed the Vehicle and Verified price and availability before driving two hours to see it , Did test drive and then was told the price quoted was for a LEASE ONLY and to purchase the vehicle it would be at full price. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, SCAM ARTISTS!
