Salesperson Matt was Very knowledgeable and helpful. Davis in the finance Dept did everything he could to keep us within our budget.

Replied with wrong vehicle price. Then called to correct we already decided to buy. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. And, wouldn't budge on penny on list price with no trade in, cash in full purchase.

Our sales person, Mike Merritt, was very helpful and accommodating considering we lived 2 hours away.

I had an evening appointment to see a car and I got there and found that it was sold that morning. I understood selling the car, but someone could have contacted me during that day to save me from a wasted visit.

Don, Anthony, and Leo went above and beyond on our most recent car buying experience. Was shopping for a new Sonata for my wife. After test driving the first, she settled on wanting a sunroof option. Unfortunately the vehicle we were eyeing was sold, but Leo was able to find one comparable that worked for our budget. They couldn’t have been more pleasant people to deal with! Would highly recommend to anyone. I’ll be bringing in family members later this month! Thank you guys!!

Entire salesman and sales process was dishonest and unprofessional. Wasted almost my entire day with who I thought were honest people. Was told I had a deal by Karl and set to travel from NC . I got two calls with in 5 minutes of each from two different salesman. One I had not talked with all day and then the original guy telling me someone had just walked into buy the car. Sleaziest I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in other states. Not to be trusted by any means!!!!

Jack does not always say yes. In fact I was told a quote I had, in writing, was bull**** by a sales person. Yes! He said bulls***. So to heck with any and ALL Antwerpen dealerships.

They are just trying take you money the car I had had smoke coming out the exhaust and it wasn’t that called that’s not normal with transmission light they fixed it then the next day came back in mind you I didn’t even have the car 2 days they are just trying make money they don’t care about there customers at all trust me!!!!

Terrible experience. Price was listed at 14,280 on car gurus. When we got there, their price was 20,000. Nothing was listed as advertised and none of their math added up to any rebate amounts. Their website had the car listed at 15,280 and the numbers they provided didn’t even match their own website. Terrible Stay away from Heritage.

followed up after the car was sold, though the Salesman did try to find another vehicle that met my requirements. After looking for two days, he called me back and said he had no luck, but did have several cars that were available for double the price.

The vehicle I was initially interested in was not available however I was shown two other vehicles same model different years. I found one of the two that peaked my interest. I took it for a test drive and settled for that vehicle as my final purchase.

Tax tags and title are common but they also added over $2000 to the internet price in “fees”. Complete waste of time.

Bought the car that was advertised. Overall experience was about 4.5 stars. Biggest issue was it took almost 3 hours after I confirmed that we would buy it to complete the paperwork

After walking away from the car because the price was too high, the dealer contacted me multiple times, even after I told them I wasn't interested anymore. Felt nagged, not informed.

Dealer was very helpful, the vehicle didnt have a back up camera so I chose to not purchase.

Very slow to replay via email and when i called the next day i make a couple attempts to contact a sales rep no answer they finally contacted me 1 days later to find out the car was sold. But they offered me a less loaded base model with many more mile not what i was looking for no thank you
