They contacted me right away!

Called the dealer to get information about the vehicle. They promised a call back within couple of hours. Never received any call or email from them.

I was going to look at the car, got it all set up with an appt. and all. We came all the way there about 45 min drive just to get turned away and told they sold the car that morning.

This car was sold but dealer emailed us and explained before we went. He found us a similar car for $500 more than CarGuru post. They worked with us, gave us good offer on trade and found additional rebate for us.

They kept me out of the loop the entire time, tried raising the price and I had to sit in the lobby for almost 5 and a half hours while if I wanted an update I would have to go find one of the employees to check up and then they were vague and walked away.

STAY AWAY from Kirkland Ford / Hyundai. Horrible fraudulent dealer. They listed the vehicle for 22k. I called and emailed to make sure we were clear on the price, and once they had confirmed the sale price I booked my flights to Seattle to pick up the car. After I booked my ticket they came back and said that they decided to raise the price an additional 4k. I repeat, STAY AWAY from Kirkland Ford / Hyundai.

This was my first vehicle purchase by myself. I had been through the process a few times before. Not fun...BUT starting with cargurus first and finding what I wanted then going to the dealership made it super easy. I also worked with two very awesome gents at ford of Kirkland. Nima and Brian the finance guy they both were beyond knowledgeable and respectful. They listened and got me into my new SUV. A huge thank you to them both!!!

Nima followed up and kept in touch. Answered all of my questions and was prompt on getting back to me.

So far so good. Going to the dealer this morning to see button this one up. Experience so far is fantastic. Ended up getting the truck. Everything was ready and we were in and out of the dealership quickly.

Haven't purchased yet but they responded quickly and we've been communicating by email and phone. They are 4 hours drive away so I hope to have a deal before committing to the drive to pick up the vehicle.

Very straight forward, couldn't argue over the price since it was way below the market value. Took a while to do the paperwork, otherwise smooth process.

Unfortunately the prices they publish are not what they are willing to sell the vehicle for. Called to purchase vehicle but they would not sell it for the listed price.

They tried but the price just wasn't good enough. Great communications with them throughout.

Salesperson called me immediately. I asked him if the Civic had its timing belt replaced. He didn't know. I told him where to check for the sticker. He seemed disinterested and said he'd call me back. That was a week ago. I never heard from him again. This is sad because I've bought multiple cars from this dealership. Probably never again.
