The car was as described. It was in immaculate condition for a 3 year old vehicle. I couldn't believe the low mileage!! The detailing could have been a little better. The sales and management team are great. It was an overall good experience for a big dealership.

There’s a 500 dollar increase on the total of the vehicle if you’re not having it financed through them. When I told them I was financing through my credit union they did not inform me of the price increase they just added it to my invoice, so I turn down the sale because I don’t do business like that.

The salesman sent me the required information and was professional but the models interior was not what I needed.

I contacted them for an out the door price on a particular car. While they did reply efficiently, shortly after our contact our governor put in a stay-at-home order due to Covid-19. I made very clear to this dealership that my current car was safe and would be fine for now, and that I was going to wait a month to follow the governor's orders. They continued to call and pressure. That is despicable.
