0 stars. I responded to the original contact and provided pictures and info on my potential trade. Got an email a few days later asking if I was still interested-I guess the person I responded to did not check their email. Received another email from another individual who said he would call me later in the day as he was working on another deal. Never called. Two days later I get an email saying the car had been sold. A total waste of my time.

Original sales person Tayler was great. Went above and beyond on the phone. She wasn't available when we arrived, someone else worked very hard trying to poach us. They lowballed my trade by THOUSANDS. Offered me 9k and I ended up getting 14k. Vehicle was beautiful but they wouldn't make a deal so we bought elsewhere. Don't take their number as gospel if your trading.

Even tho Ganley is over 4 hours from me, they will be first on my list any time I am in the vehicle market!

Vehicle I was interested in was involved in an accident. I emailed associate and asked what he could tell me about the accident. All he said was everything appeared to be repaired professionally. When I asked for specifics of accident...were the airbags deployed etc he simply stopped responding.
