They told me that their deal was the best, and when they would not budge on price, they implied that I did not know the market. I passed on the vehicle, and a few days later they lowered the price. I would up buying a new (only 28 miles) 2020 Pilot Touring for just $1000 more after the discounts and sales price from another local dealer.

Went to the dealership and met some of the easiest people to work with, I told them exactly why I needed and they delivered. They made car buying very hassle free... very military friendly... The car buying experience was good except the car wasn’t full of gas when I drove it off the lot and there were ants still inside my newly purchased car even though it was “detailed” after I signed the paperwork. Besides those two things, I got a great deal and they really worked hard to earn my business. I really appreciated Gahli and Christian for all their hard work.

Disappointed We contacted the dealer, and wanted to know more information regarding damage that was listed in the Carfax notification. We asked the dealer both in Email and in person to describe where the damage was, what repairs where made and what were the results of the inspection of the body. The dealer would not answer any questions and only would say "look at the CarFax". In addition, the Salesperson seemed distracted and uninterested in making a sale.

The internet sales manager didn't seem to want to work with us. He didn't do well at answering questions and seemed confused when we told him we were already pre-approved by our bank. We lost confidence and bought elsewhere.

When dealing with the Chula Vista location the communication was very poor, I went to pick up my vehicle and it was filthy they spent no time cleaning it I was not impressed with the service at all. I had left a part there that came with it I've been trying to contact him for 2 weeks with radio silence. Leaving several emails and voice messages I hope they don't treat all their customers like this especially being a new dealer that's not how you treat new customers.

People were very helpful and willing to negotiate. However, the vehicle I inquired about was at a sister dealership, so I wasn’t able to continue working with them. Unfortunately, they do lack communication and several different salesmen contacted me about the same car—even after I informed them that I had already purchased a car.

Dealer rep responded within a few hours of my inquiry. He answered my question and provided some additional information. The car sold within 36hrs of my contact so I didn't have time to schedule a test drive, but otherwise i had a good experience with the dealer rep in that limited capacity. Can't give a full 5 stars because of my limited experience with the dealer. DR

Overall pleased, got my car!

The vehicle wasn't ready to view even though it was listed. Took over one week to receive a call letting me know it was ready to be viewed and test driven. Had to go to another dealer in San Diego.

Super nice! Would definitely buy from them, unfortunately the car I was looking at was a manual transmission, my fault I didn't notice that when I contacted them

Took over a week to get more pictures due this vehicle was not ready to sell. It was in maintenance being checked over. Pictures came but still not enough and will not drive an hour for junk. Waste of time!

Received an email from the dealership but, I was hoping for a phone call from Internet sales. perhaps next time.
