Very good experiencing buying my car from them. No real pressure, but when I mentioned another car I was going to look at and was getting ready to leave, that's when I got the best price! I certainly don't knock them for that since that's pretty standard in the industry.

Went there to test drive the car but the car was at a body shop and they didnt even bother informing us the car werent there that day...

Very straightforward experience which is all I was asking for. It's surprisingly rare to find, which is why after contacting literally dozens of dealers, Honda Cars of Boston is the one we went with to buy our 2020 CR-V. Worked the details over email, arrived and had the papers signed and keys in hand in short time. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!

They were a waste of time. The salesman I was speaking to wasn't there even though we made a firm appointment. Also, the car I was interested was shipped out the day before my appointment and no one told me. It was a big waste of time.

I have used them in the past and have steered relatives there. Loved the car. Sorry that a "verification" fee of 4k was added to the 18999 price tag. I loved the product but couldn't make the deal.

Fair prices and the salesman Kyle did his best to get me a good deal.

Terrible. I called and asked if a car was available. They said it was and it was all prepped and ready for delivery. I drove 30 miles to get to the dealer and they apologized and said the car was sold. Of course they had more cars for me to look at. Bait and switch. Two days later I checked and the car was still on Carguru. I called again and they told me to come down it was all prepped and ready to go. Grieco Honda wastes your time. I wouldn’t go to their lot again.

Ridgeline was leaking from the radiator. Crash was clearly visible on front left side. Salesman didn’t understand why I wouldn’t want to drive it. He wasn’t helpful beyond that.

Such a bad experience there. All cars deceptively priced then they add way overpriced accessories that "can't be removed". Constantly kept saying they would "go to bat for me" but used that bat to club me like a baby seal.

Scheduled a test drive on a used Honda Civic. Salesperson called the night before to confirm test drive. Arrived 1 hour after dealership opened and was told the car was sold. Asked sales rep why I wasn’t contacted. Was told they called my number. I said that I didn’t get a call. He read back the wrong telephone number despite that fact that he had it correct the night before. Classic bait and switch.

Honestly slow to respond. Initial response through email showed a listing for an Odyssey. I had requested a test drive with either of two Pilots. When asking about either of the Pilots they were both sold. It almost seems like there's a technical problem with Prime Honda's Cargurus interface.

I did not fee pressured and I got a price that I was happy with. I took delivery of my vehicle right away. The only thing I wished is that it did not take so long to wait for the inspection to be completed. Overall it was a positive experience.

It was nice dealership . I think they give good rates on used cars. But I Wii’s all used cars were under warrenties

The car advertised was not actually available, even though I called in advance to confirm. The staff were very courteous but this was a classic bait and switch. They offered me a similar car that was more expensive and had significantly higher mileage than the posting. Even today, an alert for a price drop on the same car appeared on cargurus. I called the dealer again and confirmed that in fact this car is not available.

Quick communication. Vehicle listed was exactly as described when I looked at it in person. Great vehicles over all! This is my second time buying a vehicle here and I have had nothing but good experiences with all the staff!

They were extremely helpful in getting me this car. The only negative thing is i dont like thay fast you can put a deposit down. I had to to home and wait for them to call me with approval for financing but while i waited they wouldnt let me hold the car with a deposit so if someone came and wanted it then it would have went to them. Other than that amazing staff.
