Terrible experience I talked to the salesman the night before going to check out the car. He said I will pull the key for you. 1 hour before my appointment he called to tell me he just sold the car. When I said I thought you pulled the keys for me he said well you weren’t here and they were. I don’t think that’s good business he could have showed the car to the other person but at least respected my appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment?

Took several days for the car to reach the service department. I told them I want to but it and just need to test drive first. Steve said he will call when the car is available. I never recieved a call, just a notification from car gurus that the car is no longer available. I would not recommend anyone going to this store for a used car.

I told the CSR several times I contacted them in error. The CSR did not understand & continued communicating.

I tried to deal with this dealership, I told them the price point I needed to be at and they assured me that they could help me get into this vehicle. After a day of getting them all of my information and talking about my trade they inform me that I need to be looking at a cheaper vehicle. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Couldn’t make a deal due to dealership under value of current trade in nearly 1000.00 under other trade in value. Vehicle also had considerable dings scratches and lower bumper damage. During the visit it was there way or the highway like most dealerships. Additionally I had bought a car years ago from the same dealership which also was known to them. That didn’t get me any points. At the end they wanted me to loose 1700.00 to make the deal.

I contacted the dealership and was told the Honda CRV was not the price advertised on CarGurus. I told them it would be a good idea to remove it from CarGurus, 24 hrs later it was still posted at that same price.

Did pre negotiations via email. In and out in 3 hours including a trip to my mechanic. Fred was excellent.

The girl told me they would hold the car, but then they sold it after I drove 2-1/2 hours to get there. They were doing the paperwork as I arrived.

I wrote back and asked to revisit the quote. I just kept getting emails asking me if I got the quote and wanting me to come in for a test drive. My request to revisit the quote was ignored.
