We are sorry you feel your time was not used in a more efficient manner. When our salesman noticed the battery was not up to our standards, a new battery was ordered prior to your arrival. Our dealership's policy is to only hold vehicles when a deposit has been given and all details to the agreement (price, delivery, etc.) have been agreed on.
