horrible that's all i can say. inquired about a certain vehicle and was assured that it was available and that it would be put aside for me, i even offered to leave a deposit. gentleman on phone told me that was not necessary. i explained to him that i was coming from an hour and a half away. needless to say when i got to the dealer the car was not available. the only thing they tried doing was selling me a car that was more expensive. would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Inquired about vehicle, got automated response. I asked some questions, got a response but no answers to my questions. Asked same and more questions.Got a response 5 days later. Still no answers and vehicle I inquired about was sold. I had given my cell number, no call back. Communication process needs work.

They listed a truck that was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately they listed the truck before they looked at it and called me back days later to say the truck is going to the auction. They wasted a lot of my time and did not communicate back to me until they wanted to sell me something else. Not a good experience.

They were the first to respond. The trucks they had were not everything I wanted, but they were prompt.

The guys who helped me was actually pretty nice. Very informative. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young but I was not taken serious at all. I went there to get a quote for my car and test drive my car of interest. They didn’t try to sell me the car whatsoever nor did I get to test drive the car.

Mike was very helpful when I visited to see a particular car. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. He made sure that I was able to take the car out for a few test drives and made sure that the vehicle I chose met my expectations. He also had the car delivered to me at no cost because he knew that I had a tight schedule. Nick made sure that the financing and additional options when purchasing the car worked with me and gave me his sincere recommendations.

Steve from Colonial Ford is Outstanding. Extremely helpful but not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the trucks and services while being a gentleman. Definitely would recommend.
